From time to time, companies have cause to evaluate their sales, marketing or corporate communications staff. These opportunities usually occur when one or more senior staff members leave, or perhaps a new division is being started or a business acquired.

In these situations, Marketing With Distinction, LLC will often be asked to assess the needs of the business unit(s), evaluate the current staff, and make an organizational and staffing recommendation.

Over time, business needs change and so must the staffing skills change in order to stay effective. Increasingly, companies are looking to their internal marketing and corporate communications functions to act like an outside agency with a client service mentality.

Staffing Assessment Does not Automatically Lead to More Cost and Overhead

Our analysis will not usually result in an increase in staff. More often, the recommendation will revolve about having the right people with the right skills in the right positions.

We may, or may not, be subsequently asked to help fill any openings or find replacements. The traditional recruiting services can be purchased separately so that clients can feel comfortable that the staffing recommendation is truly independent and only in the best interest of the client.
